2026 conference Registration

We appreciate your interest in attending as a delegate for our upcoming conference October 22nd and 23rd in Liverpool, Nova Scotia. Hosted by the South Shore Zone at the Best Western Plus Liverpool.

Before completing the online registration form, please review the payment options:

  1. PayPal. This is the preferred method of payment and does not require a delegate registration to have a PayPal account or credit card for payment; an immediate receipt will be issued to your provided email address. If you don’t have a PayPal account, email the Treasurer for an electronic PayPal invoice and a link will be provided to assist with your registration payment.
  2. E-transfer. This is an acceptable form of payment from an individual; an invoice will be issued โ€“ delayed registration confirmation will occur until payment is received and processed; receipt will be emailed to delegate. Note: Please ensure that “Conference” and delegate’s name are in the message of the e-transfer.
  3. Cheque. This is an acceptable form of payment from an individual or organization; an invoice will be issued โ€“ delayed registration confirmation will occur until payment is received and processed. Receipts for delegate will be mailed to the individual or organization who makes the payment.

E-Transfer or cheque payments could take 25 business days minimum for processing.

Cancellation Policy

***Please note: Cancellations must be by email to the NSTRA Treasurer, treasurer@nstra.info by October 14th, 2026 at 11:59pm.

Cancellations received October 14th, 2026 to October 23rd, 2026 will not be refunded.

Would a delegate wish to coordinate transferring their registration to another delegate between October 14th - October 20th, 2026, that transfer must meet the requirements of the registration. A refund will not be provided to the registered delegate until the registration information and new payment is submitted. This delegate change request must be emailed to the 2026 Conference Chair, conference@nstra.info to be circulated to the Registration Committee Lead.

In the event of death or sickness in the family, a 85% refund of registration fees will be issued. A "letter of explanation" is required to be sent to the Treasurer in strictest confidence. Letters can be mailed to:

All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of written cancellation notification being received by the Treasurer. All refunds will be in the form of a cheque and issued to the payee (agency or individual).

Non-attendance (โ€˜no showโ€) for any day of the conference counts as a cancellation and will not receive a refund.
